Methodology - Project Management

Like any undertaking, projects need to be performed and delivered under certain constraints. Traditionally, these constraints have been listed as scope, time and cost. At Weltz Group we take project management very seriously. We use industry standard tools and techniques that enable the project team (not just the project manager) to organize their work to meet these constraints.

The project will be broken in smaller tasks. The tasks will be prioritized, dependencies between tasks will be identified, and this information will be documented in a project plan. The project schedule will be shared among all parties and will be an open document.

We provide web based project management tool. You can log into the project management tool, track real time progress, add tasks, share ideas, and collaborate among other parties. This gives you full visibility of the project at your finger tips 24 hours a day.

    Milestones are reviewed with you and the project direction is determined.

  • Bug Tracking

    Tracking of defects is very important for any project. The web application which we provide does an excellent job. We ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution of all defects.

  • Enhancements

    In any development projects, there always comes a point, where more is needed. We provide a full workflow for such events. All enhancements will be worked on to your fullest satisfactions.

  • Requirements Changes

    If something changes, that does not mean it is the end of the world. We are more then happy to accommodate any changes in the business process that might come along the way.
